In this two-hour seminar, participants explore how quality is ensured throughout the inter-nal audit process and why it is critical for delivering reliable, credible, and value-adding audit results. The course explains how audit quality supports management decision-making, strengthens trust in internal audit, and ensures compliance with the Global Internal Audit Standards. The seminar covers quality principles, criteria, and controls across all au-dit phases—planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up. Participants learn to recognize common quality issues, apply best practices, and understand the role of Quality Assur-ance and Improvement Programs (QAIP) in the continuous development of the internal audit function.
