Hello. This is my story.

Ekaterina (Kate) Andryushchenko is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and privacy specialist with over a decade of experience in personal data protection and GDPR compliance (since 2013 in practice and since 2011 academically).

She began her career in academia as a researcher and lecturer, before transitioning into legal practice as an in-house lawyer and later as an independent advisor. Kate has extensive experience supporting businesses across industries on GDPR compliance, data protection frameworks, intellectual property, and broader IT law matters.

She has led and advised on the development and implementation of comprehensive privacy programs, including full-cycle preparation of privacy documentation, data governance structures, and compliance strategies for digital services and financial sector clients.

Today, she focuses exclusively on privacy and data protection, helping organizations navigate complex regulatory requirements and build practical, defensible GDPR compliance frameworks.
